Funfetti Cake Donuts
What you need:
Donuts:
- 2 3/4 cup funfetti cake mix
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
Glaze:
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Frosting:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. milk
- Sprinkles
Directions:
- Mix together all donut ingredients.
- Put in ziploc bag and cut the corner. Squeeze into a lightly greased donut pan. Fill each 2/3 of the way up.
- Bake for 7 to 9 minutes in a preheated 425* oven. You'll want them slightly browned and spring back when you touch them.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pan.
- In a medium saucepan, combine ingredients over low heat. Stir until smooth.
- Coat donuts in glaze and place on wax paper-lined wire rack.
- After glaze has set, about 15 minutes, make your frosting by mixing together milk and powdered sugar.
- Spread onto donuts and immediately top with sprinkles.
