Funfetti Cake Donuts

What you need:

Donuts:

    • 2 3/4 cup funfetti cake mix
    • 3/4 cup buttermilk
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tbsp. melted butter

Glaze:

    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 2 cups powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla

Frosting:

    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 tbsp. milk
    • Sprinkles

Directions:

    1. Mix together all donut ingredients.
    2. Put in ziploc bag and cut the corner. Squeeze into a lightly greased donut pan. Fill each 2/3 of the way up.
    3. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes in a preheated 425* oven. You'll want them slightly browned and spring back when you touch them.
    4. Let cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pan.
    5. In a medium saucepan, combine ingredients over low heat. Stir until smooth.
    6. Coat donuts in glaze and place on wax paper-lined wire rack.
    7. After glaze has set, about 15 minutes, make your frosting by mixing together milk and powdered sugar.
    8. Spread onto donuts and immediately top with sprinkles.
