What you need:
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
- Place chicken in baking dish.
- Mix together mayonnaise, cheese, and seasonings.
- Spread over top of chicken breast.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is cooked through.
