Pizzadillas
What you need:
- Flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni slices
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- Pizza sauce
- Optional: black olives, mushrooms, etc.
Directions:
- On one half of the tortilla, add cheese, toppings and then a little more cheese. Fold the empty half on top of the filling.
- Brown each side in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cut into slices (I always use a pizza cutter, so much easier!) and serve with additional pizza sauce, if desired.
