Pizzadillas

What you need:

    • Flour tortillas
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • Pepperoni slices
    • 1 green bell pepper, diced
    • 1/2 medium onion, diced
    • Pizza sauce
    • Optional: black olives, mushrooms, etc.

Directions:

    1. On one half of the tortilla, add cheese, toppings and then a little more cheese. Fold the empty half on top of the filling.
    2. Brown each side in a skillet over medium heat.
    3. Cut into slices (I always use a pizza cutter, so much easier!) and serve with additional pizza sauce, if desired.
