Herbed Burgers
What you need:
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 to 3 large garlic cloves, minced
- 10 to 15 leaves fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions:
- Mix together and form into 6 to 8 patties.
- Cook in your preferred method.
- Top with fixings, like cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, and pickles.
