Easy Oven Roasted Asparagus

What you need:

    • 1 lb. asparagus
    • EVOO
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

    1. Rinse asparagus and trim ends.
    2. Toss with a few Tbsp of EVOO and salt and pepper.
    3. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and roast at 425* for 8 to 15 minutes.
