Pumpkin Caramel Rolls
What you need:
- 1 loaf frozen bread dough
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, plus some
- Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus some (this is the added ingredient!)
Directions:
- Thaw your bread dough. I normally do mine in a loaf pan and cover it with saran wrap.
- It only takes a few hours.
- Prepare your carmel, by bringing water, butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar JUST to a boil.
- Remove from heat and pour into a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice over the caramel.
- Roll out your dough into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle dough with cinnamon, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice, to your preference.
- Roll up and cut into 2-inch wide slices.
- Place in the baking dish and cover with saran wrap.
- Let rise for an hour or two, so they are all touching each other and ginormous!
- Bake at 350 for 13 to 15 minutes.
- Serve carmel-side up. I dare you not to scarf down the whole pan!
