Cream Cheese Monkey Bread
What you need:
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 (12 oz.) cans flaky buttermilk biscuits (20 total)
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350* and spray a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
- Mix together sugars and cinnamon.
- Cut cream cheese block into 20 cubes.
- Flatten biscuits and put one cube per biscuit. Wrap dough around edges of cube.
- Place 10 biscuits into the bundt pan, cream cheese side up. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cinnamon-sugar and 1/2 the butter. Repeat with the 10 remaining biscuits, cream cheese side down.
- Cook for 40 minutes.
