Chicken Nuggets with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

What you need:

    • 2 cups crushed sour cream and onion chips
    • 1 egg
    • 2 tbsp. milk
    • 6 chicken breast filets, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
    • 1/3 cup butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Mix together egg and milk. Dip chicken into egg mixture. Then into the chips.
  2. Drizzle baking sheet with melted butter.
  3. Place chicken on sheet and cook in a 350 preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes.
  4. Serve with honey mustard (recipe follows - prepare beforehand) or your choice of condiment.

Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

What you need:

    • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
    • 3 tbsp. honey
    • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice or juice from 1/2 lemon
    • Horseradish to taste
    • 2 tbsp orange juice (more or less as needed)

Directions:

    1. Combine all ingredients except orange juice and mix well.
    2. Thin to dipping consistency with orange juice.
    3. Cover and chill for 2 hours. Makes 1 1/4 cup.
