Fresh Spinach & Tomato Tuna Pasta

What you need:

    • 1 lb. angel hair pasta
    • Olive oil
    • 2 cups baby spinach
    • 1 tomato, finely diced
    • Tuna - I used Hickory Smoked, definitely want to try the lemon pepper one soon!
    • Italian cheese (like Parm-Regg)

Directions:

    1. Cook pasta al dente and toss with olive oil.
    2. Stir in spinach while pasta is still hot, it will wilt down.
    3. Stir in tomato and tuna.
    4. Last, but not least, stir in the cheese.
