Buffalo Chicken Calzones

What you need:

    • 1 lb. pizza dough
    • 1 lb. chicken breasts, diced
    • 2 tsp. plus 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce, divided
    • 3 tbsp. butter
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 1 cup pizza sauce

Directions:

    1. Melt butter in a hot skillet and cook chicken.
    2. Once chicken in cooked, reduce heat and add 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce. Stir well. Simmer for 10 minutes.
    3. Meanwhile, mix together pizza sauce and 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce.
    4. Divide pizza dough in half and roll into circles.
    5. Top each circle with half pizza sauce, half the chicken, and half the mozzarella cheese.
    6. Fold circle in half and crimp with fork to seal.
    7. Bake at 450* for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
