Baked Chicken Fajitas

What you need:

    • 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in strips
    • 1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
    • 1 medium onion, sliced
    • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
    • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 2 tsp. chili powder
    • 2 tsp. cumin
    • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • Flour tortillas, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, etc for serving

Directions:

    1. Mix chicken, tomatoes, chilies, onion, and pepper in a greased 9x13-inch pan.
    2. Combine oil and seasonings in a small bowl and drizzle over chicken and veggies. Toss to coat.
    3. Bake at 400* for 20 to 25 minutes.
    4. Serve on tortillas with fixings.
