Quickie Quiche

What you need:

    • 1 (9-inch) refrigerated pie crust (or make your own!)
    • 5 slices of bacon
    • 1/2 small onion, peeled and chopped
    • 1 cup shredded cheese
    • 3 eggs
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • Pinch black pepper

Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 425*. Place pie crust into a pie dish and bake for about 5 minutes.
    2. Sprinkle half the cheese into the pie crust.
    3. Cook bacon and crumble.
    4. Saute onions in a small amount of the bacon fat.
    5. Beat eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
    6. Place bacon and onions on top of pie crust, then pour egg mixture over top.
    7. Top with other half of cheese and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
