Popcorn Chicken
What you need:
- 3 chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten with a dash of hot sauce.
- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- Oil for frying
- **Buffalo sauce for tossing (I did some without for the kids)
Directions:
- Heat oil to 350* until a little flour dropped in will sizzle if you don't have a thermometer.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, chili powder, garlic, paprika, and black pepper.
- Dip your chicken pieces into the egg, then the flour mixture.
- Fry for 8 to 10 minutes in batches.
- Remove to a paper towel.
- Add some buffalo sauce to a bowl.
- Add chicken and toss until coated.
