Popcorn Chicken

What you need:

    • 3 chicken breasts, cut in bite size pieces
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten with a dash of hot sauce.
    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 Tbsp. salt
    • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
    • 1 Tbsp. garlic
    • 1 Tbsp. paprika
    • 2 tsp. black pepper
    • Oil for frying
    • **Buffalo sauce for tossing (I did some without for the kids)

Directions:

    1. Heat oil to 350* until a little flour dropped in will sizzle if you don't have a thermometer.
    2. In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, chili powder, garlic, paprika, and black pepper.
    3. Dip your chicken pieces into the egg, then the flour mixture.
    4. Fry for 8 to 10 minutes in batches.
    5. Remove to a paper towel.
    6. Add some buffalo sauce to a bowl.
    7. Add chicken and toss until coated.
