Pancakes

What you need:

    • 1 egg
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1 tbsp. sugar
    • 3 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

    1. Beat egg until fluffy; add milk and butter and combine.
    2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
    3. Cook in a skillet or over a griddle, 1/4 cup of batter at a time, flipping when bubbles form and removing when sides are golden brown.
    4. Serve with butter and syrup! Makes 8 pancakes.
