Thai Banana Pudding

What you need:

    • 3 bananas, sliced
    • 1 (14 oz.) can coconut milk
    • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • Pinch of salt
    • Cinnamon and nutmeg

Directions:

    1. Add bananas into a large skillet.
    2. Combine milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
    3. Pour milk over bananas.
    4. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
    5. Serve topped with a little cinnamon and nutmeg.
