Thai Banana Pudding
What you need:
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 (14 oz.) can coconut milk
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- Cinnamon and nutmeg
Directions:
- Add bananas into a large skillet.
- Combine milk, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour milk over bananas.
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Serve topped with a little cinnamon and nutmeg.
