Au Gratin Chicken Bake

What you need:

    • 1 bag (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
    • 1 box Betty Crocker creamy Au Gratin potatoes
    • 2 cups boiling water
    • 2 tbsp. butter
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 2 slices Cheddar cheese, sliced diagonally in half --OR-- lazy way out: shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

    1. Place broccoli in the bottom of a greased baking or casserole dish.
    2. Mix together potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, and butter.
    3. Stir in milk.
    4. Pour over broccoli.
    5. Add chicken on top of potatoes and broccoli
    6. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, uncovered. Add cheese and cook another 5 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes for sauce to thicken and serve!
