Au Gratin Chicken Bake
What you need:
- 1 bag (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
- 1 box Betty Crocker creamy Au Gratin potatoes
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese, sliced diagonally in half --OR-- lazy way out: shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Place broccoli in the bottom of a greased baking or casserole dish.
- Mix together potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, and butter.
- Stir in milk.
- Pour over broccoli.
- Add chicken on top of potatoes and broccoli
- Bake at 400 for 30 minutes, uncovered. Add cheese and cook another 5 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes for sauce to thicken and serve!
