Peeta's White Bread
What you need:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 envelope yeast
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 tbsp. butter, cut up
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup warm water
Directions:
- Stir together dry ingredients.
- Add butter and egg.
- Add warm water until dough forms.
- Knead for 1 minutes.
- Let dough rest for 10 to 15 minutes on a floured surface.
- Roll dough into 12x7" tube and tightly roll up. Pinch side seams over to seal them.
- Grease a bread pan and place dough seam side down.
- Cover and let rise for 30 to 45 minutes, or until doubled.
- Bake at 375* for 30 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
