Peeta's White Bread

What you need:

    • 3 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 tbsp. sugar
    • 1 envelope yeast
    • 1 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 3 tbsp. butter, cut up
    • 1 egg
    • 3/4 cup warm water

Directions:

    1. Stir together dry ingredients.
    2. Add butter and egg.
    3. Add warm water until dough forms.
    4. Knead for 1 minutes.
    5. Let dough rest for 10 to 15 minutes on a floured surface.
    6. Roll dough into 12x7" tube and tightly roll up. Pinch side seams over to seal them.
    7. Grease a bread pan and place dough seam side down.
    8. Cover and let rise for 30 to 45 minutes, or until doubled.
    9. Bake at 375* for 30 minutes.
    10. Let cool on a wire rack.
