Cheesy Tator-topped Chicken Casserole

What you need:

    • 1 bag (24 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and cheese-flavored sauce
    • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
    • 4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)
    • 4 cups frozen potato nuggets (from a 2 lb. bag)
    • 1/2 cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375. Cook vegetables and cheese sauce in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave uncovered for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring once, until thawed. Stir well. Then transfer to a 2-qt casserole dish, ungreased. Stir chicken and 3 tbsp of green onions into the mixture.
  2. Top with tatortots. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining green onion. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes more, just until cheese melts.
