Hobo Dinner*
What you need:
- 1 lb. ground beef (or more - 1 lb. to 4 people)
- Potatoes (1 per person), cubed or sliced
- Carrots (I prefer baby carrots because it's one less thing to cut - lol)
- 2 stalks of celery, chopped
- Vegetables (whichever you like...we do zucchini, onions, green bell peppers, etc.)
- Spices (whichever you like - I have also started to put pesto in them and it is soooo good!)
**Note: Without spices, this recipe is an allergy-free recipe. No gluten, no dairy, no eggs.
Directions:
- Form 4 patties per 1 lb. ground beef. Place each one in the center of a piece of foil. Season the patties.
- Add vegetables and season.
- Fold corners of foil up to make a little pack. Leave a little spot open on top for steam to escape.
- Place packs on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- Carefully open the packets -- they will steam. Allow to cool slightly and then serve with your favorite condiments, like ketchup, buffalo sauce, etc.
