Hobo Dinner*

What you need:

    • 1 lb. ground beef (or more - 1 lb. to 4 people)
    • Potatoes (1 per person), cubed or sliced
    • Carrots (I prefer baby carrots because it's one less thing to cut - lol)
    • 2 stalks of celery, chopped
    • Vegetables (whichever you like...we do zucchini, onions, green bell peppers, etc.)
    • Spices (whichever you like - I have also started to put pesto in them and it is soooo good!)

**Note: Without spices, this recipe is an allergy-free recipe. No gluten, no dairy, no eggs.

Directions:

    1. Form 4 patties per 1 lb. ground beef. Place each one in the center of a piece of foil. Season the patties.
    2. Add vegetables and season.
    3. Fold corners of foil up to make a little pack. Leave a little spot open on top for steam to escape.
    4. Place packs on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
    5. Carefully open the packets -- they will steam. Allow to cool slightly and then serve with your favorite condiments, like ketchup, buffalo sauce, etc.
