Cheesesteak Quesadillas

What you need:

    • Sliced provolone
    • Flour tortillas
    • 1 cup deli roast beef, chopped
    • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
    • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    • 2 tsp. olive oil
    • 1 tsp. hot sauce
    • 1/4 cup beer
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    • Cooking spray

Directions:

    1. Saute peppers in olive oil over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
    2. Add onions and saute for 2 more minutes.
    3. Then add garlic salt, beer, and hot sauce, cooking for 2 more minutes.
    4. Add meat, stir until heated through, remove from heat, and set aside.
    5. Spray a clean skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium or medium-high heat.
    6. Lay down one tortilla and add cheese slices to half the tortilla. Then top with meat/veggies and flip empty side over the top of the fillings.
    7. Brown on both sides of quesadilla, then remove to a plate.
    8. Cut with a pizza cutter into 4 pieces. Serve warm.
