Slow-Simmering Spaghetti Sauce
What you need:
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onions, chopped
- 1 (58 oz.) can Italian-style tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
- 3 tsp. dried basil
- 3 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dry crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a 4-qt slow cooker. Cook, covered, on HIGH for 6 hours. Serve over spaghetti, chicken or pork
