Crispy Golden Pork

What you need:

    • 4 pork chops
    • 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs + 1 tsp. dried sage
    • Salt and pepper
    • 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:

    1. Trim fat off the pork chops. Salt and pepper each pork chop to taste.
    2. Place bread crumbs and flour on separate plates.
    3. Place egg in a bowl and beat.
    4. Heat oil over medium heat.
    5. Dip each pork chop in flour.
    6. Then dip into egg.
    7. Last, dip into bread crumbs.
    8. Brown each side for around 4 minutes each in oil.
