Crispy Golden Pork
What you need:
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs + 1 tsp. dried sage
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions:
- Trim fat off the pork chops. Salt and pepper each pork chop to taste.
- Place bread crumbs and flour on separate plates.
- Place egg in a bowl and beat.
- Heat oil over medium heat.
- Dip each pork chop in flour.
- Then dip into egg.
- Last, dip into bread crumbs.
- Brown each side for around 4 minutes each in oil.
