Streusel Oreo Muffins

What you need:

Muffins:

    • 2 cups flour
    • 2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1/2 cup butter, softened
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 8-12 Oreos, crushed

Streusel Topping:

    • 2 tbsp. flour
    • 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
    • 2 tbsp. butter, diced
    • 4 Oreos, crushed finely

Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375* and prepare muffin pan with paper liners.
    2. For the streusel, combine flour, sugar, and Oreos. Then cut in butter until it becomes like coarse meal. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
    3. While streusel is chilling, whisk together your flour and baking powder.
    4. In a separate bowl, cream together your butter and sugar.
    5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating between additions.
    6. Add vanilla.
    7. Add flour and mix on low.
    8. Then add milk and keep mixing until it's combined.
    9. Stir in crushed Oreos.
    10. Divide batter in muffin tins, filling 3/4 way up and then sprinkle with Oreo streusel.
    11. Bake 16-18 minutes.
