Pancakes
What you need:
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
- Beat egg until fluffy; add milk and butter and combine.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Cook in a skillet or over a griddle, 1/4 cup of batter at a time, flipping when bubbles form and removing when sides are golden brown.
- Serve with butter and syrup! Makes 8 pancakes.
