Macaroni & Cheese for Two

What you need:

  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 shredded sharp cheddar cheese (I upped mine to two cups)
  • 3/4 cup elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (I made 1 cup so I could have 3 servings)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • dash of paprika

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together sour cream and milk.
  2. Stir in cheese, onions and macaroni.
  3. Pour into a greased baking dish. I used a 9x9-inch pan. Sprinkle on paprika and cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 325* for 25 minutes.
