IHOP Buttermilk Pancakes

What you need:

    • 1 1/4 cup flour
    • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    • 2 1/2 tsp. sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    • 1/8 cup vegetable oil
    • 1 egg (slightly beaten)
    • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk

Directions:

    1. Place all dry ingredients in a bowl.
    2. Add wet ingredients.
    3. Beat until smooth.
    4. Cook on a heated skillet or griddle. You know the drill...flip when the top starts to bubble and remove when both sides are golden brown.
    5. If the batter is too thick, add 1/8 to 1/4 cup buttermilk.
