Fresh Spinach & Tomato Tuna Pasta
What you need:
- 1 lb. angel hair pasta
- Olive oil
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tomato, finely diced
- Tuna - I used Hickory Smoked, definitely want to try the lemon pepper one soon!
- Italian cheese (like Parm-Regg)
Directions:
- Cook pasta al dente and toss with olive oil.
- Stir in spinach while pasta is still hot, it will wilt down.
- Stir in tomato and tuna.
- Last, but not least, stir in the cheese.
