Fauxtisserie Chicken
What you need:
- 1 whole chicken
- Salt-based seasoning
Directions:
- Remove giblets and rinse whole chicken. Pat try.
- Place 3 balls of aluminum foil in crockpot. (The big secret to it all!)
- Set chicken on top of it.
- Rub chicken with salt seasoning (Kate added garlic cloves under the skin and fresh herbs) and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
