Cheese Sauce for Nachos and Fries

What you need:

    • 8 oz. sharp cheddar
    • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    • 1 can evaporated milk
    • 2 tsp. hot sauce

Directions:

    1. Toss the cheddar cheese with the cornstarch and add to a medium saucepan.
    2. Add 1 cup milk and hot sauce.
    3. Cook on low for about 5 minutes.
    4. Use excess milk to thin to desired consistency. Serve immediately.
