Best Broccoli of Your Life
What you need:
- 2 broccoli crowns
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced or minced
- 1 lemon, zested
- Pine nuts or almonds
- 1/3 cup Parmesan
- 2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
Directions:
- Cut broccoli into florets and then toss with olive oil and salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic.
- Roast for 20 to 25 minutes at 425*
- Mix together lemon zest, pine nuts, Parmesan, and basil together with 1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil.
- Toss roasted broccoli with the zest mixture and serve!
