Baked Fried Chicken
What you need:
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- Chicken tenderloins
- Milk or buttermilk
Directions:
- Soak chicken tenderloins in milk for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Melt butter in a 9x13-inch pan at 400* - watch closely so you don't burn it!
- Place salt, seasoned salt, pepper, flour, and paprika into a plastic baggie.
- Let excess milk drip off chicken and then add it into the plastic baggie with the flour mixture.
- Place in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Then flip and bake for another 20 minutes.
