Bacon & Parmesan Pasta

What you need:

    • 1 lb. bacon, chopped
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • 1 lb. penne
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1/4 cup cream cheese
    • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions:

    1. Fry bacon; season with pepper. Drain and set aside.
    2. Cook pasta al dente, according to directions. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.
    3. Heat heavy cream and cream cheese in a medium saucepan on low. Once cream cheese is melted down, remove from heat.
    4. Add Parmesan, eggs, and red pepper flakes.
    5. Add sauce to pasta and stir in bacon. Loosen with reserved water, as needed.
