Ventajas o Exenciones fiscales
Dirigidas a acabar con las ventajas o exenciones fiscales que pudieran haber obtenido u obtener, suelen dirigirse contra grupos anti-israelíes con base en que los mismos no cumplen la normativa que les permitiría obtener dichas ventajas tributarias. Por ejemplo.

En EEUU, la sección 296(13) del artículo 15 (Ley de Derechos Humanos) de la la New York State Executive Law establece (Más aquí) que:
"[i]t shall be an unlawful discriminatory practice
(i) for any person to discriminate against, boycott or blacklist, or to refuse to buy from, sell to or trade with, any person, because of the race, creed, color, national origin or sex of such person, or of such person’s partners, members, stockholders, directors, officers, managers, superintendents, agents, employees, business associates, suppliers or customers, or
(ii) for any person willfully to do any act or refrain from doing any act which enables any such person to take such action.
This subdivision shall not apply to:
(a) Boycotts connected with labor disputes; or
(b) Boycotts to protest unlawful discriminatory practices."
Colaboración con Entidades calificadas como Terroristas
Cuando algún país ha designado a ciertas personas o entidades como terroristas, quienes colaboren con ellos pueden ser acusados y responsabilizados. Por ello, el primer paso suele ser advertir a esos potenciales colaboradores de que algo de lo que hacen puede entenderse como colaboración, para que luego no puedan negar tener conocimiento. Es típico de casos relacionados con entidades financieras o redes sociales. Pueden ser demandados tanto criminal como civilmente. Por ejemplo.
El “apoyo material o los recursos” para la comisión de actos tipificados como terrorismo o de apoyo calificadas de terrorismo está tipificado en EEUU desde mediados de los años 1990 conforme al apartado 18 U.S.C. §§ 2339A y 2339B. Más aquí.

Promoción del Terrorismo
Suelen dirigirse contra actos que puedan suponer apología o promoción del terrorismo, como, por ejemplo, la inserción de ideas terroristas en libros de texto.

Crímenes de Guerra y Asesinatos selectivos
Suelen dirigirse contra políticos o militares israelíes por su participación en 'asesinatos selectivos' de terroristas o en acciones de defensa contra actos terroristas, como la Operación Plomo Fundido en Gaza.

Transnational Lawyering and Legal Resistance in National Courts: Palestinian Cases Before the Israeli Supreme Court (Hassan Jabareen, 2014)
This article explores the strategies of transnational cause lawyers working within national courts. It begins by documenting the emerging use of international norms and arguments for the purpose of mobilizing local communities and affecting domestic laws. The use of transnational law today broadens the legal imagination of lawyers beyond their national borders, constraints, and traditional audiences. Redefining the boundaries of a legal victory, transnational law provides lawyers with tools to continue bringing legal challenges while avoiding the dilemmas of legitimating oppressive legal structures. This Note presents a case study of transnational lawyering, in the context of challenging ongoing military operations through the invocation of international humanitarian law. In 2002, lawyers from Adalah - The Legal Center for Arab Minority Rights in Israel - filed an unprecedented series of petitions before the Supreme Court of Israel during an unfolding military operation in the West Bank. They did this despite knowing that the Supreme Court would not intervene in the military's operational activities. The article chronicles the choices made by the Adalah lawyers who sought to use the petitions as a vehicle to create a legal and historical record of the events. Bypassing domestic law, the petitions were anchored in international humanitarian law principles. They spurred official state, military, and judicial responses to the allegations while the hostilities were still ongoing, a crucial record amidst an enforced media blackout. The case illustrates how transnational lawyering succeeded in mobilizing international bodies through domestic courts.
