zucchini sliced thinly
milk
Combine to taste:
flour
salt
pepper
garlic powder (just a little)
Dip the sliced zucchini in the milk and then dredge it in the flour and spice mixture. Fry the chips in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Place them on a plate with a paper towel to soak up some of the grease. Sprinkle with sea salt. Serve immediately.
Zucchini chips is a family favorite when the zucchini are first getting ripe. Use small zucchini about 6-8 inches in length.
