mayo with pesto added

great bread

roasted in the oven with olive oil long slices of eggplant –about 20 minutes @ 375

sliced tomato

sliced onion

3 italian cheese mixture

Procedure

make as a pressed sandwich

after cooking sprinkle on a little balsamic vinegar

roasted chicken if you like
