Gochujang Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 5 ea Dried black mission figs
  • 1 cup Gochujang paste
  • Sesame oil

Directions:

  • Remove stems from dates and place in a bowl. Pour simmering water over them to soften/rehydrate for about 10 minutes
  • Remove figs from water and put into a food processor with the gochujang paste and sesame oil. Puree, Keep in refrigerator.

Use with Bibimbap
