- 5 ea Dried black mission figs
- 1 cup Gochujang paste
- Sesame oil

Directions:
- Remove stems from dates and place in a bowl. Pour simmering water over them to soften/rehydrate for about 10 minutes
- Remove figs from water and put into a food processor with the gochujang paste and sesame oil. Puree, Keep in refrigerator.
Use with Bibimbap
