Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

2 10 oz. pkg frozen broccoli

1 small onion chopped

1/2 C salad dressing -mayo

1 10 oz. can mushroom soup

2 eggs beaten

8 oz herb stuffing mix

1/2 C melted butter

1/2 C parmesan cheese

Procedure

Cook broccoli as directed then drain and cool. Combine onion, salad dressing, soup, eggs, and stir in with the broccoli. Put in greased 2 quart casserole. Combine herb stuffing, butter, cheese and spoon on top of the casserole. Bake until bubbly and golden brown.
