Tortellini and Spinach Salad

Ingredients

TORTELLINI AND SPINACH SALAD

3 large boxes baby organic spinach

1 bag sunflower seeds

5 oz Parmesan

1 head cabbage

3 bags fresh (not frozen) spinach tortellini

1 bottle Brianna’s Home Style classic buttermilk ranch dressing

Procedure

Directions

  • Cook tortellini according to package directions
  • Drain and cool
  • Cut cabbage in half and then each half in quarters
  • Slice cabbage chunks into thin pieces
  • Toss all ingredients together with ranch
