TORTELLINI AND SPINACH SALAD
3 large boxes baby organic spinach
1 bag sunflower seeds
5 oz Parmesan
1 head cabbage
3 bags fresh (not frozen) spinach tortellini
1 bottle Brianna’s Home Style classic buttermilk ranch dressing

Directions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions
- Drain and cool
- Cut cabbage in half and then each half in quarters
- Slice cabbage chunks into thin pieces
- Toss all ingredients together with ranch
