Mushroom Rice (Maitake Rice or Jung Park)

Ingredients

1 cup dry rice + 1.5 C water

mushrooms (hen of the woods)

cooked chicken

carrots chopped

fried bean curd

2 full spoons Dashi ( Japanese Soup Stock)

2 full spoons Sake (Japanese Rice Wine)

2 full spoons Soy sauce

Procedure

Place all in an 8 cup capacity rice cooker. Press the button.
