Combination Shortbread, Chocolate Chip, and Snickerdoodles Cookie

Ingredients

1 C White sugar

1 C Brown sugar

1 C Shortening

1 C Cooking oil

1 Egg

1 T Milk

1 T Vanilla

1 t Cream of Tarter

1 t Salt

1 t Baking Soda

12 ounces chocolate chips

3 1/2 to 4 cups flour

Ungreased pan 15 - 20 minutes 350 degrees
