Bread & Butter Pudding

Ingredients

Raisins wash and place in bowl add 4 T wheat germ place in bottom of a pan. Place white bread sliced in layers in pan and press down a little.

2 eggs

1 T borwn sugar

1 tsp lemon zest

2 1/2 C milk

Beat the above 4 ingredients and pour over the bread. Place more raisins on top and sprinkle with a mixture of

1 T brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Drizzel with maple syrup.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
