Dumpling Steamed

Ingredients

Same as egg rolls or really whatever veggies you have on hand.

Saute all and add a little soy sauce, corn starch, garlic,...whatever asian spices you like.

Procedure

After making the veggie and or meat and veggie mixture, place about a tsp or two on a small wanton wrapper. Fold to make a triangle and seal edge with a flour and water mixture. They can be frozen at this point or cook them by placing them in a steamer basket over boiling water for about 8 minutes. Serve with a sauce of your chioce. We like a Thai sauce with soy sauce, garlic, rice wine vinegar, hot chili sauce, lime juice and crushed peanuts.
