Ann's Chicken Peach Chili

2lbs ground chicken

1 yellow pepper

1 red pepper

1 large sweet onion

4 cans Bush's chili beans

1 32 oz. petite diced tomatoes

1 can tomato sauce

2 packages of chili seasoning

2 T cumin

2 T cinnamon

4 cups chopped frozen peaches

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:

Cut peppers and onions into small pieces and saute in olive oil. Add ground chicken, cook till browned and season with salt and pepper. Add the spices and mix in the beans, brown sugar and tomatoes. Cook on low hear for 30 minutes. Cut frozen peaches (I use frozen mango too!) into small pieces and add in. Cook for 30 minutes until warm and yummy!
