Sweet Potatoes with Pecans

Ingredients

3 C mashed sweet potatoes

3/4 C sugar

1 C milk

6 T butter

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

1 C brown sugar

1 C flour

6 T butter melted

1 C chopped pecans

Procedure

Combine potatoes, sugar, milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, and pour into buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Mix flour, butter and sprinkle over mixture then sprinkle on pecans.

Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
