Fennel Salad

Ingredients

Fennel sliced thin

Mushrooms sliced thin

Parmesan cheese sliced thin

Procedure

Drizzle each layer with olive oil salt and pepper and some lemon juice.

I have also had fennel with mango slices, and a mixture of sour cream, honey, cayenne, lemon and salt & pepper.
