Mozzarella and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes cut into 1/4 inch slices

1/4 C olive oil

1 T chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp if dried

3 T red wine vinegar

1 T water

1/8 tsp sea salt

3 drops red pepper sauce

2 cloves garlic chopped

8 oz. fresh mozzarella sliced

salad greens

Procedure

Marinate tomatoes in the bottom of a glass dish in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Layer with cheese and greens and serve. Fresh grated parmesan cheese on top is good too.
