Scallop, Pesto & Artichoke Heart Pizza

Ingredients

6 T prepared pesto

1 prepared pizza crust

1 jar 6 oz marinated artichoke hearts

4 oz grated mozzarella cheese

8 bay scallops sliced into 1/4 inch thick rounds

2 T freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Procedure

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spread pesto over pizza crust. Drain artichoke hearts reserving marinade in a small bowl. Cut large artichokes in half and arrange them on the pesto. Sprinkle mozzarella over the pizza. Rince scallops and pat dry. Toss them in the reserved marinate and drain. Put the scallops on the piaaz and then sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese. Bake pizza until bottom crust is crisp and shese is bubbly and scallops are opaque in center about 8 minutes. Serves 4.
