Queenie Olives
INGREDIENTS:

grated zest and juice of one lemon
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1/2 t sale
1/4 t of fresh ground pepper
1 T fresh herbs
2 T olive oil
16 oz of olives (or more)
INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all ingredients together and store overnight.
Serve at room temperature
