Queenie Olives

INGREDIENTS:

  • grated zest and juice of one lemon

  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic

  • 1/2 t sale

  • 1/4 t of fresh ground pepper

  • 1 T fresh herbs

  • 2 T olive oil

  • 16 oz of olives (or more)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and store overnight.

  2. Serve at room temperature
