Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

3 T honey

1 egg white beaten

2 lbs chicken breast cut into chunks

1-2 C corn flake crumbs

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 C mayo

1/4 C Dijon mustard

Procedure

Combine 2 T honey and the beaten egg white and salt. Coat the chicken in this mixture then coat with corn flake crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees oa a lightly greased or sprayed baking sheet. Make a dipping sauce with 2 T honey and the mayo and mustard.
