Sour Cream and Rhubarb Coffee Cake

Ingredients

Cream:

1 1/2 C packed brown sugar

1/2 C butter

1 egg

Mix:

2 C flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

Combine:

1 C sour cream with dry mixture, alternating with the cream mixture

Add 1 1/2 C cut rhubarb

Topping:

1/2 C sugar

1/2 C chopped nuts

1 tsp cinnamon

1 T melted butter

Procedure

Bake in a greased 9 by 13 pan at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
